Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance incur a 50% charge. No-shows are subject to the full fare.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, cash or Zelle, and corporate accounts. Full payment is processed after your service is completed.
Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we allow 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight arrival. For all other pickups, we provide a 15-minute grace period. Additional waiting time is billed at the hourly rate.
Additional Charges
Tolls, parking fees, and gratuity are not included in the base fare and will be added to your final bill if applicable. After-hours surcharge (10pm-5am) may apply.

For airport transfers and standard rides, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For special events, weddings, or during peak seasons, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure availability of your preferred vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. Your driver will adjust their schedule accordingly, ensuring they're there to meet you when you actually arrive, at no additional charge.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in our base rates. The industry standard is 20% of the total fare, but it's entirely at your discretion based on the service you receive.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Please contact our customer service team by phone or email to make any changes to your booking.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Yes, we can provide child safety seats upon request. Please specify the type needed (infant, toddler, or booster) when making your reservation. A small fee may apply.
